Inform
Ignorance is fertile ground for antisemitism.
We shed light on its modern forms and narratives through fact-based content — bringing that knowledge directly to policymakers, journalists and the public.
Rising antisemitism is often the first warning sign of a broader threat — one that ultimately affects everyone, Jews and non-Jews alike.
About
Jewish Canary is a Brussels-based nonprofit fighting antisemitism across Europe. Official launch: January 27, 2027.
Antisemitism changes shape. Today, it speaks a new language. We translate it.
Inform
We shed light on its modern forms and narratives through fact-based content — bringing that knowledge directly to policymakers, journalists and the public.
Expose
We investigate the organizations and individuals fueling it in Europe, initiate legal action where warranted, and sound the alarm — like the canary in the coal mine — on a rising danger to us all.
Trends
Antisemitism has surged dramatically in Europe since October 7, 2023, driven by modern-day blood libels — foremost among them, accusations of 'genocide' leveled against Israel and, by extension, Jews worldwide.

Why the canary?
For centuries, coal miners carried caged canaries down into the pits. Canaries are far more sensitive to toxic gases than humans — if the air turned dangerous, the bird would show distress or die well before the miners felt any effect. Its collapse wasn’t the danger itself; it was the warning.
Jewish Canary takes its name from that same principle: throughout history, antisemitism has functioned as an early warning system for societies. Where hatred of Jews rises unchecked, it rarely stays contained — it signals a broader collapse of the guardrails that protect everyone.
